convenient location lovely bar friendly staff

The location is convenient, close to the train station and shopping areas. The bar area is lovely, offering a short but satisfying menu. Staff at reception and concierge are friendly. They provided excellent advice. I felt welcome and well-cared for.

I found the room to be quite cold. Even with the heat turned up, there was no significant improvement in temperature. I hope they can address this issue .

The staff demonstrated willingness to assist, addressing inquiries with attentiveness. Upon arrival, my bags were promptly stored and later delivered directly to my room. This level of care contributed positively to my experience.

My room had two double beds. It was a superior room. The room presented tasteful decoration and cleanliness. The bar area looked gorgeous. The hotel offers a great location to discover local attractions.

The minibar were not available in my room, which I considered a very slight problem.

The staff gave us a brief history of the hotel upon arrival. The room was well done.

I discovered only four coat hangers in the wardrobe. The bathroom lacked towel rails, so I had to hang my wet towel on the bathrobe hooks. There was also nowhere to put the small hand towels.

convenient location thoughtful service

I found the location quite convenient with the car park situated just opposite the premises. The reception staff provided excellent service. I noted familiar faces and appreciated their readiness to assist. The room featured tall windows, offering excellent natural light, and housekeeping maintained it in pristine condition with thoughtful turndown service each evening.

minor issues impacted the stay

missing drawers useless tub

the presidential suite was large but missed key things. there were no drawers for clothes. the copper tub seemed pointless to me. there was nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom and no mirror for makeup. these problems were frustrating.
